RETURNS

Authorization from our Customer Service Department is required for all product returns. Please call the order desk or your sales representative.

The invoice (or a copy of) must accompany all product returns.
We cannot process a credit without this information.
We will only authorize returns within 20 days of original sale.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged for discretionary returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

If a product is not a regular stock item, we may be able to special order it for you.

A special order takes approximately 3-6 weeks to be processed and must be ordered in multiples of 3.

Special Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

They are processed as a final sale and no returns will be accepted.
